This embodied psychoeducational workshop offers an introduction to The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) in combination with Relational Somatics — offered as part of the ongoing 12 week group program with Marika Heinrichs.

• Learn to map your nervous system responses for cues of safety and threat.
• Develop an understanding of the polyvagal approach to attachment, and how the SSP supports neurosomatic repatterning.
• Explore the connection between ancestral wisdom and healing attachment trauma.
